He is survived by: his father Carl McDonald; his siblings, Donald Kaufman of Seymour, John Mize (Jaymee) of Logansport, Chuck McDonald (Bailey) of Michigan City, Sarah Conklin (William) of Kokomo, Lydia McDonald of Indianapolis and Sandra Lamb (Alan) of South Bend; and his close friend Tim Hight of Walton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
