He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Powell; his children, Scot Alan Collins of Mountain View and Stacey Ann Donato of Logansport; his grandchildren, Alicia Shannon (Robertson), A. J. Donato, John Collins, Jared Ludlow, Jordan Collins and Sarah Ludlow; his great grandchildren, Victor, Claire Shannon, Josephine Ludlow and Lennie Donato; and his brother Casey Collins of Cory, Indiana..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Church (515 S Maple St, Galveston, IN 46932). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Walton United Methodist Church in Terry's memory.
