He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ralph Arthur Parker and Betty Lou Parker (Downs); his wife Marsha Parker (Keagy); his children, Jessica Dillehay (Parker), Rachel Beck (Joseph) and Nathaniel (Tracy); his grandchildren, Aidan Beck, Raegan Beck, Bella Parker and Alexis Clark; his great grandchild Jameson Clark; and his siblings, Ralph (Cheryl), Paul, Greg (Dawn), Terry and Misty (David). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
