She is survived by: her children, Gail Gholson (late Clarke), Mary Bishop (late Billy), Edward Sweeney, Jr. (Claudia), Sharon Austin (Fred), Jackie Hedges (Mark) and Michelle Sweeney Stan; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Noonan (George); and her great grandchildren, Samantha Paige VanHorssen and Erin Colleen Best. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Delores' memory to St. Jude House or Riley Children's Hospital.
