He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bailey and Catherine Bailey (Redelman); his stepgrandson Jason Oliver; and his siblings, Harold, Delos (Duane Bailey), Jean Polite and Mary Mockler (Betty McMahan).

He is survived by: his wife Dolores Wroblewski; his children, David Bailey (Maria Hughes) of Wanatah and Kimberly K. Bailey Oliver (Bill) of Mill Creek, IN; his grandsons, Clinton Worthington and Derek Hughes; his stepgrandchildren, Barry Oliver (Charity) and Ashley Oliver (Eric Berg); his great grandchildren, Ainsley and Briggs Oliver; and his siblings, Charles Bailey (Patti Wilson), Paul Bailey (Sharon), Joyce Brust (John) and Janet Rosenbaum (Dan).

Memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church or Wanatah Lions Club.
