She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Sims and Ada Sims (Gemberling); her husband Ronald Goodwin; and her brothers, Gerald Sims, Larry Sims and Gary Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Goodwin (Diana), Rhonda Weston (Butch), Greg Goodwin and Julie Bennett; and her grandchildren, Kelly Hunsley (Chuck), Gary Goodwin (Jennifer), Shannon Goodwin, Jennifer Brooks (Mike), Erin Jelke (Ryan), Jeff Weston (Samantha), Cheryl Tuholski (Dave Hill), Brandon Bennett, Jacob Bennett, Jillian Woudema (Dane) and Shawn Goodwin (Danielle). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wanatah Christian Church (11968 S 1100 W, Wanatah, IN 46390).
