He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Jefferson Parker and Alma Wilcoxson Parker; and his siblings, Vaughn L. Parker, Rose Wyatt (Joe), Ruth Engle (Ross), Letitia Smotherman and Judy Barton.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Parker of Warren; his children, Michael (Jacquie Parker), Tony (Amy Parker) and Kathy (Scott Jacquay); his stepsons, Todd Rohrabough, Jeffrey Rohrabough of Huntington and Timothy Rohrabough of California; and his siblings, John Parker of Oklahoma, Don (Sandy Parker) and Martha (Patrick Bickel). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
