Hicks (Alyssa) of Bluffton, IN and Ashley Hicks of Muncie, IN; his former wife Debbie Bullard of Muncie, IN; and his siblings, Cindy Sain (Curtis) of Nottingham, IN, Sherry Eldridge (Ernie) of Poneto, IN, Carey Foreman (Chad) of Uniondale, IN, Richie Hicks and Danny Hicks (Missy) of Keystone, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
