She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilcoxson and Gladys Yoquelet Wilcoxson; her former husband Jack Clark Neff; her husband John M. Souers; her son Michael Ray Neff; and her siblings, Lola Plasterer, Carl Wilcoxson and Larry Wilcoxson.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Ann Boylan (Jim) of Foley, AL and Jody Darlene Hubartt of Lawrence, Michigan; her grandchildren, Graham Hartley, Christian Lavoie and Chelsea Hallock; her great grandchildren, Sofia Hartley, Sarah Hartley, Karma Lavoie and Genevieve Springer; her stepchildren, David Souers of Warren, IN and Linda Ice (Dan) of Swayzee, IN; her grandchildren, Mike Dail (Sherri), Jerry Dail (Kofi), Amanda Thompson-Zahn (Chris) and Heather Zell (Chris); her great grandchildren, Bri, Logan, Christopher, Autumn, Jordan, Olivia, Adyson, Trevor, Chase, Megan, Nora, Nolan, Charlie, Bella and Lincoln; and her siblings, Esther Bartrom of Huntington, Maurice Wilcoxson of Lancaster and Carol Riley of Huntington. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Pointe-Applegate Chapel (801 N Huntington Ave, Warren, IN 46792). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
