He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle A. Blinn and Ethel M. Blinn (Foust); his daughter Nancy S. Blinn; and his siblings, John Blinn (Karen), Jerry Blinn (Rita), Sam Blinn, Bonita Pearson, Rebecca Hix (Bob) and Doris Blinn.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Blinn; his children, Mikel J. Blinn (Cheryl) and Lorie A. Fiock (Ted); his grandchildren, David Blinn, Adam Blinn (Lindsey), Evan Blinn (Amanda), Holly Brown (Bart), Emily Eppleheimer (Brad) and Alex Fiock (Rachel); his sister Mary Lou Blinn; and his brother-in-law Jerry Pearson. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
