She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Zeller and Rosemary Zeller. She is survived by: her daughter Janis; her sisters, Vicki Zeller and Claudia Boxell (Chod); her husband Larry Highley; her sons, Aaron Highley (Annalise) and Brian Highley (Jessica); and her grandsons, Eli and Aiden Highley.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Farm Bureau Foundation in the name of "Janis E. Highley" to support Young Farms & Ag Professionals programming or the Women's Leadership Committee programs – both programs of which Janis was passionate about.
