She is survived by: her mother Alice "Jackie" Blinn (Smith); her children, Holly Brown (Bart) of Frankfort, Emily Eppelheimer (Brad) of Bloomington and Alex Fiock (Rachel) of Warren; her grandchildren, Nancy, James Eppelheimer, Charlie, Frankie, Addie and Elsie Fiock; and her brother Mikel Blinn (Cheryl) of Warren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the H. Brown & Son Funeral Home (203 N Matilda St, Warren, IN 46792).
In lieu of flowers, Lorie desires memorial contributions to made to the First Christian Church of Warren – funeral dinner fund, or to Paradigm Health Hospice.
