She is survived by: her husband Darrell G. Blair; her children, Teresa George (Michael) of Palm Coast and Perry Willett of Ossian, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Kari Mateo, Kristen Bunns, Craig Tierney, Scott Wall and Kevin Wall.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Pointe Applegate Chapel (203 N Matilda St, Warren, IN 46792). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
