She is survived by: her husband Douglas "Doug" Rehm of Warren, IN; her children, Wendell "Stan" Ervin (Jennifer) and Durinda Ervin; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jason, Rachel and Jessica Ervin; her stepgrandchildren, David Barton, Dianna Barton and Deborah Asher; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Phoenix.
