He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Russell and Georgina Fenning; and his sister-in-law Cathy Haneline (Norm). He is survived by: his wife Angie Russell; his son Andrew Franklin Russell (Jenna) of Huntington; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hildebrand (Jim), Deb Fisher (John), Jill Leal (Rey) and Chris Haneline (Monica).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glancy H. Brown and Son Funeral Home (203 N Matilda St, Warren, IN 46792). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the First Christian Church (202 E 2nd St, Warren, IN 46792).
