He was predeceased by: his parents, Del Wartzok and Fay Wartzok; and his sister Judy Wentzel. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Smyth-Wartzok; his brother Rick Wartzok; his nieces and nephews, Laurie Exner (Don), Scott Neal (Gabriel), Amy Trimble (Karl) and Mike Wentzel; his great-nieces, Mackenzie, Cameron Neal and Abby Bianco (John); and his great-nephew Justin Wentzel (Shannon).
