He was predeceased by: his father Ray Hartley; and his son Dustin Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Rosie L. Hartley of Warren, IN; his mother Mary Hartley of Marion, IN; his children, Lacie Hartley of Fairmount, IN, Casey Dyer of Jonesboro, IN, Lance Parker (Misty) of Dunkirk, IN and Jessica Lake (Dwight) of Hartford City, IN; and his siblings, Linda Chandler of Marion, IN and Shawn Hartley of Geneva, IN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one niece; and one nephew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359).
