We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 79, Barbara E. Shanes of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Jackson, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George May and Hazel May (Mitchell); her husband James T. Shanes, Jr.; and her sister Connie Beller of Indianapolis. She is survived by : her sons, James W. Shanes of Rochester and Scott Shanes of Connerville. She is also survived by several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
