She was predeceased by: her husband Cleo Marshal Combs; her son Ricky Combs; and her siblings, Wesley Shanholtz, Minnie Largent, Annabelle Clem and Jo Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Combs of Live Oak, Florida and Tammy Koontz (Rick) of Warsaw, Indiana; and her sister Susie Hott (Charles) of West Virginia. She is also survived by her family and will forever be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
