With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caroline C Hooks of Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Glenn Hooks; her parents, Bessie McAfoose and Clarence McAfoose; and her brother Lawrence McAfoose. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Bradford (Jeff) of Silver Lake and Anita Bolinger (Rob) of Claypool; her grandchildren, Riley and Evan Bolinger; and her siblings, Russell McAfoose (Bev) of Atwood, Mervin McAfoose (Beth) of Warsaw, Mae Leiter of Claypool and Fay Neher of Claypool.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Titus Funeral Home - Warsaw (2000 Sheridan St, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at the Wooden Cemetery (7995 W 100 S, Etna Green, IN 46524).
