He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Pennington and Ethel Pennington (Daughrty); his wife Judy Pennington (Allen); his grandchildren, Zachary Woodcock and Kyelee Pennington; and his sister Betty Laughterback.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Woodcock of Warsaw, Tim Pennington (Jennifer) of Tennessee, Jake Pennington of Florida and Johnny Pennington of Texas; his grandchildren, Breanna Pant (Branson), Lori Kay Pennington, Azalea Hodgson, Josh Woodcock (Morgan), Addison Pennington, Presley Pennington and Jonathan Pennington; and his sister Cloye Stevens of North Carolina. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
