She is survived by: her husband Jim Leslie of Warsaw; her sisters-in-law, Jeannine Phillips of Warsaw and Lynn Leslie of Tucson, AZ.; and her nieces and nephews, Greg Hughs of Warsaw, Justin Leslie of Tucson, AZ, Arah Leslie, Madaline and Catherine Check of North Carolina.
