He is survived by: his wife Bev Dickerhoff of Warsaw; his children, Emma (Tyler Miller) of Winona Lake, Dan R. Dickerhoff of Winona Lake, Philip Fozo of Warsaw and Amanda (Scott Baxter) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alex Fozo, Brandt Baxter, Hunter Baxter, Jade Iris Miller and Reid Alden Miller; his siblings, Alicia (Dean Cervenka) of Bozeman, Montana, Doug R. Dickerhoff (Kelly) of Claypool and Amy Jo Dickerhoff of Mentone; and his mother-in-law Shelby Goff.
