He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Drawdy (Bessent) and Richard Alvin Hoover; and his siblings, Rick Hoover and Cheryl Day. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoover of Warsaw, IN; and his children, Todd (Christina), Javier Hoover of Warsaw, IN, Gamaliel Hoover of Warsaw, IN, Tammy Hoover of Warsaw, IN, Crystal Mancilla (Fray) of Goshen, IN, Racquel (Oscar) and Angela Hoover of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
