He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean Stalter; his son Mark Mayo (Cindy); his grandchildren, Miranda Cannon (Elijah), Victoria Mayo and Zach Mayo of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his son Jeff Mayo; his granddaughter Nikki Mayo of Kendallville, Indiana; his daughter Lisa Mayo of Roann, Indiana.; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Paige and Chase Cannon.
