She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores Josephine Basil (Cole) and Peter James Basil; her son Samuel Joseph Schuler; and her grandson Jack William Schuler. She is survived by: her husband Dr. William E. Schuler of Warsaw, IN; and her sons, Stephen Schuler (Grace) of Springfield, OH, Mark (Allison), John Schuler (Alexandria) of New Lenox, IL and Daniel Schuler (Julie) of Columbia City, IN. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
