He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Scott and Cordelia Scott (Secor); his siblings, Melvin, Kenneth, Aldon and Doris; and his siblings' children, Michael Scott and Karen Vanover.

He is survived by: his family Robert Johnson (Vicki); his sibling's children, Peggy Timbers, Leroy and Ronald Scott; Trey and Tyler.
