He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Bud" Woods and Viola "Vi" Woods; and his sisters, Debbie Kemp and Sandra Woods. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Woods; his children, April Smith (Brian) and Randy Woods (Erin Shelton); his grandchildren, Ashley Badgley (Karli), Andrew Shrock (Jamie Monnett) and Adam Woods; his brothers, Kenny Woods (Janet) and Rusty Woods (Dawn); and his brother-in-law Mark Kemp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
