He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Hall (Phelps) and James Howard Hall; and his wife Ruth Dixon. He is survived by: his children, J. Mark (Angel), Jane Kneller (David) of Silver Lake, IN and Lesa Hatfield of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
