She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Tullis and Aldah Tullis (White); her husband Drake E. Omstead; her son David D. Omstead; and her son-in-law James Archer.
She is survived by: her children, Claudia Archer of Warsaw, Robert Omstead (Lisa) of Rogers, AK, Carl Omstead (Julia) of El Cerrito, CA and John Omstead (Christine) of Bourbonnais, IL; her daughters-in-law, Dr. Susie Omstead of Salem, OR and JoAnne Venhuizen of Crown Point; her grandson Scott DeSalle (S. Navy); and her close friends, Carol and Janet Price.
