He was predeceased by : his parents, Gracie L. Justice (Patton) and Sim Justice; his wife Mary; and his siblings, Charles, Henry, Sherrill Justice, Marie Ward and Marlene Hayes.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sharon Justice of Warsaw, IN, Sandra Bumgardner (Marty) of Warsaw, IN and Sonia Shepherd (Dan) of Warsaw, IN; and his siblings, Elizabeth (Troy), Jarrell of Dana, KY, Kenneth Justice of Allen, KY, Jerry Justice of Prestonsburg, KY and Paul Justice of Allen, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
