He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelly and Willa Kelly (Owen); his wife Robin Kelly; his son John (Robin); his siblings, Charles E. Hall Kelly (Amanda) and Cora Dill; and his stepsister Zelma A. Seay.
He is survived by: his daughter Kasie Dietzen (Vincent); his grandchildren, Jordyn, Valerie, Haley and Wade Dietzen; his siblings, Carolyn S. Childers, Martha K. Kochenderfer, Shelia D. Small (Stan), Mary L. Kelly (Mike Easterday), Eva G. Pickett, Michael A. Kelly (Dale), Danny C. Kelly (Wendy) and Curtis R. Kelly; and his stepsiblings, Tina M. Sheffield and Ray A. "Tony" Kelly (Carolyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many great nieces and nephews.
