He is survived by: his parents, Austin Bays and Brooklyne Bays (Baldridge); his sister Briella; his grandparents, Ann Fribley, Josh Bays, Martha Collins and Dustin Baldridge; and also Korbyn.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Titus Funeral Home-Warsaw (2000 Sheridan St, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
