He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Konkle (Leedy). He is survived by: his father Leslie Konkle (Marta); his sister Lisa Yates (Randy); and his sibling's children, Jody Monce (Martin) and Travis Yates (Heather). He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews; two uncles; and two aunts.
