He is survived by: his wife Esther Velazquez Sanchez of Warsaw, IN; his children, Leo Cuahuizo Cinto, Alfonso Cuahuizo Cinto, Jason Goble-Velazquez, Jan Carlos Velazquez and Citlali Meyo (Mexico); his mother Evarista Cuautle Cortez (Mexico); and his siblings, Procoro Tlahuetl Cuautle of Warsaw, IN, Alejandro, Jose Cuahuizo, Beatrice Tlahuetl, Ignacia, Rosalba and Guadalupe Cuahuizo.
