She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Gelbaugh and Esther Gelbaugh (Jones); her son Mark Brandenburg; and her siblings, Roger Gelbaugh and Sharon Woodling.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Elder (Robin), Michael Brandenburg (Dawn) and Matthew Brandenburg; her grandchildren, Zachary Elder (Chelsea), Nicholas Elder (Nathalie), Christopher Elder (Ashley), Emilie Edwards (Joseph), Tyler Brandenburg, Branden Brandenburg and Braxten Brandenburg; her great grandchildren, Liam, Nora and Simon Elder; and her grandchildren, Aiden, Harvey, Claire, Eleanor Elder, Vincent, Autumn Elder, Michael Edwards and Amanda Elder. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
