She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark H. Vanover and Sara Vanover (Estep); her former husband Robert L. Hoffer; her husband Michael J. Kocik; and her son Gary Evans.
She is survived by: her son Earl Evans (Carmen) of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Tye Evans of Spokane, WA, Jayma Muston (Steven) of Fort Wayne and Tyler Smith of Warsaw; and her stepchildren, Lee Baumgartner (Mark) of Leesburg, Vincent Baumgartner (Bridgett) of Lebanon, TN and Lani Marshall (Michael) of Milford. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; one brother and 3 sisters.
