She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Targgart and Mary Targgart (LeCount); her husband Kenneth Wagner; her daughter Susan Nulf; and her siblings, Arthur Targgart and Miriam Rossmanith.
She is survived by: her sons, John Nulf (Kathy) and Kent Nulf (Jen Olson); her stepchildren, Jessica Neff (Lenny), Jeremy Wagner, Curtis Wagner and Stacy Despommier; her brother Harold Targgart (Rosemary); and her siblings-in-law, Fred Rossmanith and Cheryl Targgart. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Elara Hospice or to the Animal Welfare League.
