We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2025, at the age of 75, Martha Crookshank of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Alliance, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Martha is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Martha's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Ted Ermlich and Elizabeth "Betty" Ermlich (Geltz); and her siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Ermlich (Jane) and Anne Grimes (Ronald). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Crookshank; her daughter Anne Rackley (Crookshank); her grandson Jacob; and her sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Dillon (Dale), Constance "Connie" Chakford (Tom) and Lynn Francis (Phil). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Martha's name to Kosciusko Area Bus Service (KABS) or Cancer Services of NE Indiana on North Pointe Dr, both in Warsaw.
