It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy J. Welty (Warsaw, Indiana), who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George (Mary Watkins) and Peggy; her husband Lowell; her grandson Matthew Abrams; and her brothers, Donald and James Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Hepler (Mary Lee), Sue Ann Timmons and Kelly Abrams (Alan); her grandchildren, Steven Hepler, Amber Hepler, Carrie Timmons, Ashley Black (Shawn), Rachelle Abrams (Sam Wiesenberg) and Zoe Abrams; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Hayley, Dylan, McKenna, Katie and Gracie.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Animal Welfare League in Peggy's memory.
