It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Perkins Jr. of Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Toni Caudill. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Wes Perkins (Laura) and Kyle; his grandchildren, Ethan, Ella and Gavin Perkins; his brothers, John Perkins (Rhonda) and Kevin Perkins (Kelli); his brother-in-law Don Caudill; and his sisters, Jackie Driscoll (John), Donna Burkett (Glenn) and Lisa Chaplin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Ralph Perkins Jr. may be given to the Green Beret Foundation at https://greenberetfoundation.org friends and family are invited to an informal gathering in Warsaw at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St. Warsaw, Indiana on Friday, October 10th from 2 to 4pm.
