She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Cole and Patricia Thomas (Bodkin). She is survived by: her children, Jerry Burnett (Christie) of California, Ashley Johnson (Christian) of Warsaw and Amanda Elliott of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Braxton, Noah, Kyler, Mariah and Balian; and her brothers, Robert A. Cole of North Manchester and Steven Caudill (Heather) of Ohio.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services to help assist the family with funeral expenses.
