He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carter (Clougher); his children, Debi Carter, Zachary and Caleb Carter; his siblings, Becky Moulder (Steve), Cathy Carter, Sally Carter and Kevin Carter; his grandchildren, Arlo and Nevan Carter; and his close friend Virginia. He is also survived by His wife and each of his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (2819 Patterson Rd, Warsaw, IN 46582). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
