He is survived by: his children, Eric Cook (Robin), Christopher Cook, Doug Clingerman (Amanda) and Erica; his mother Daisy Slone (Slone); the mother of his children Rhonda McCool; his siblings, Linda Vostrejs Moreno (Anthony), Bill Cook, Richard Cook, Rhonda Wright (Mike), Kathy Sand (Daryl), Peggy Holmes (John), Janet Rayburn (Bill) and Jennifer Long (Steve); his sister-in-law Crissy Casey; his grandchildren, Kris, Beck, Maria, Jaine, Kory, Guinevere, Shae, Kane, Madison, Kinleigh, Christopher Jr., Devynn, Jasmine, Sabrina and Elisha; and his close friend Ron. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and one on the way; several nieces and nephews.
