She is survived by: her sisters, Ellen Bacon of Washington, Donna McKinney of Washington and Phyllis Ochs of Montgomery; her son Timothy Louis Wininger; and her brother Ernie Ray. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
