She is survived by: her husband Alan Lee Hohn; her children, Jay D. Streepy (Stephanie) of Plainville, Indiana and Torie L. Boyer of Plainville, Indiana; her stepchildren, R. Vance Hohn (Anne) of Brentwood, Tennessee and Jennifer K. Crandall of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Keegan, Kameron (Mykah), Kyler and Kaydee; and her siblings, Brett Cochran of Frisco, Texas and Bonita Overton of Newberry, Indiana.. She is also survived by step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
In leu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital.
