She was predeceased by: her husband David Baker; her parents, James N. Brooks and Joyce Brooks (McGuire); and her sister Debra Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Debra Baker of Washington, Nicole Baker of Shoals, Amanda Wininger (Terry) of Washington, Jonathan Baker of Washington and Brandie Baker (David Speakman) of Washington; and her siblings, Cindy Hawkins (Robert) of Shoals, Jeffrey Brooks (Mary) of Kentucky and Michael Brooks (Rosie) of Salem. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and a new grandchild arriving October 2019; 3 great-grandchildren.
