For Blake Bernard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Larry Bernard; his stepfather Mike Thurston; and his grandson Rashad Anthony Lesure. He is survived by: his mother Judy Thurston (Sievers); his daughter Molly Haag; his sisters, Angela Sams (Charles) and Lori Morton (Keith); his stepbrothers, Josh Thurston (Erin) and Jeremy Thurston (Amanda); his grandson Elijah Blake Breeden; and his close friends, Kelly, Kristen and Kolton Stedman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
