He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Sullivan and Opal Sullivan (Charles); his daughter Amy Elizabeth Sullivan; and his brother Donald Sullivan. He is survived by : his uncle Dale; his wife Christa Sullivan; his children, Sonny Hyde, Jay Dee Hyde and Angel Petrimoulx; his uncle Dude Sullivan; his grandchildren, Sonny II, Heather, Bodie, Felicia and Adrian; his great grandchild Maddox; his grandchildren, Jackson, Nixon, Zane, Alaura, Nadia and Damien; and his siblings, Darrell Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan and Lola Page. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
