She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. Clinton and Lula Clinton (Fettic); her husband Earl Logan Baldwin; her siblings, Orrell, Gilbert, Jay, Carl, Ray Clinton, Hazel Daugherty (Clinton), Louise Theyssen (Clinton), Ruth Hanlon (Clinton) and Joy Cunningham (Clinton); her grandson Daniel J. Baldwin; and her great great grandchildren, Tennlee Baldwin and Chloe Roussel.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Baldwin (Theresa), Betty Ryan (Nolan) and John Baldwin (Becky); her grandchildren, Natalie Davis (Brian), Libby Mitchell (Chris), Jenny Kramer (Kurt), Casey Strange (Kelly), Lori Roussel (John), Michael Strange (Becky), Ben Baldwin (Melissa), Jamie Fergus (Josh), Jessica Baldwin, Melissa Baldwin, Jeff Baldwin and Clinton Baldwin (Faith); her great grandchildren, Olivia Fergus, Mack Fergus, Cooper Davis (Sierra), Maggie Davis, Sophia Mitchell, Cecelia Mitchell, Maric Kramer, Macauley Kramer, Clair Strange, Katie Strange, Trevor Roussel, Ian Roussel, Gretchen Brown (Wayman), Logan Baldwin, Jazmyn Mosley, Isaiah Baldwin and Brynlee Jean Claude; and her great great grandchildren, Natalie, Logan, Hadley, Lucy Brown and Savion Osiris Baldwin.
Dorothy spent many hours dedicated to volunteering with RSVP, and for many years as well at North Elementary School in Washington.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Parkview Christian Care, and donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
